The Coronavirus is impacting all of us. Yet, we rejoice in our Risen Savior. Peter tells us that we have an “inheritance that can never perish, spoil or fade.” (1Peter 1:4 NIV95) He goes on to say in verses 5-7, “In this you greatly rejoice, though now for a little while you may have had to suffer grief in all kinds of trials. These have come so that your faith—of greater worth than gold, which perishes even though refined by fire—may be proved genuine and may result in praise, glory and honor when Jesus Christ is revealed.” This is also a time when our faith is being tested. God definitely uses such a time as this for teaching us new things about Him, ourselves and ministry. We look forward to the time when things become normal again. Let’s devote this time of quarantine to grow in our relationship with Christ and our walk with Him. Everyday, I receive emails or texts from friends about an article,  a report, a sermon, or a lecture which has ministered to them and they want to share it with me.

Let me share three of these with you that I received from members of the TOPIC board:

Paul Landrey sent me this link to an interview with John Piper concerning the theological implication of the Coronavirus. You can listen to it on this site: Interview with John Piper on Coronavirus .

Craig Parro prepared 5 excellent videos to encourage you at this link: How Long, O Lord? COVID-19, Habakkuk, and You.

Dr. Ramesh Richard prepared a special video for Good Friday which you will find here: After Lockdown: It’s Open Now!

I trust you will be blessed by one of these resource.

He is Risen Indeed!
