The New Year is in full swing. God is wonderfully at work around the globe. The Gospel continues to penetrate countries and hearts. Many new Churches are being formed every day.  As these new churches are established and grow there is a concurrent need for their pastors to be equipped. TOPIC is about equipping those who equip pastors. We are here for pastor trainers and pastoral training organizations. The need for equipping pastors is especially great in those countries where God is rapidly birthing new churches. If you live in one of these countries or serve in these countries, you know pastors who have little or no training. It is our desire to see these pastors equipped. Pray that God will give us a heart to provide pastor training to every pastor who is not sufficiently equipped. You can help make this happen!

If you live in Latin America or the Caribbean and are a pastor trainer, or serve in a pastor training organization, or would like to become a pastor trainer, there will be a congress focused on pastor training, just for you.
